WELCOME to the 30th annual Naval Special Warfare SUPERFROG Triathlon.  In addition to SUPERFROG, we are introducing the 1st Annual SUPERSEAL Triathlon.  In addition to SUPERFROG XXX, a half IRONMAN distance circuit-style triathlon (1.2 mile swim/56 mile bike/13.1 mile run), we will introduce the SUPERSEAL 1 Triathlon, an international distance race (1.5km swim/40km bike/10km run) to run concurrently with SF.

As the NSW SUPERFROG moves up to the next level of evolution and competition, the intent of this Frogman and SEAL race will still be a “grass roots” race that features a cold ocean and surf swim, the discipline and endurance of a windy bike ride and the mind-bending harassment of a soft sand run.

BENEFICIARY: All SUPERFROG and SUPERSEAL proceeds, less costs, go directly to the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, NSWF, a non-profit (501c) organization established to honor all who have served in the sea commando services from WWII to today's Seal Teams.  The Naval Special Warfare Foundation's focus is on their families by providing educational and motivational support, promoting health and welfare program and to the Naval Special Warfare Community by perpetuating the history and heritage of U.S. Naval Commandos.
