WELCOME to the 32nd annual Naval Special Warfare SUPERFROG and 3rd SUPERSEAL TriathlonS! The SUPERFROG and SUPERSEAL remains the Frogmen and SEALs "grassroots" race that features a cold ocean and surf swim, the discipline and endurance of a windy bike ride and the mind-bending harassment of a soft sand and pavement run.

SUPERFROG XXXII: A long distance circuit-style triathlon (1.2 mile swim / 56 mile bike / 13.1 mile run).
SUPERSEAL 3: An International distance race (1.5km swim / 40km bike / 10km run) to be held concurrently with SF.

CASH PRIZES: The 2010 NSW SUPERFROG and SUPERSEAL Triathlons will be adding a total of $10,000 in cash prizes to the top finishers in both races. See "Cash Prizes" under the Information section for purse breakdown.

BENEFICIARY: All SUPERFROG and SUPERSEAL proceeds, less costs, go directly to the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, NSWF, a non-profit (501c) organization established to honor all who have served in the sea commando services from WWII to today's SEAL Teams.  The Naval Special Warfare Foundation's focus is on their families by providing educational and motivational support, promoting health and welfare program and to the Naval Special Warfare Community by perpetuating the history and heritage of U.S. Naval Commandos.
