The bike will be a flat and fast 40K bike course of two loops on Highway 75.   Safety certified RIGID helmets are required for the bike portion of the race.   The run course is a 10K pavement and dirt-trail run. The run will be one out-and-back loop.  Water will be available at all 3 aid-stations.
